Junior Claims Handling Specialist with Turkish – Warsaw Office

Job description

  • Managing the claims handling process in accordance with applicable procedures and legal regulations
  • Caring for high quality damage handling
  • Caring for high quality telephone customer service
  • Conducting correspondence with Clients and Business Partners in relation to the scope of handling claims
  • Cooperation with websites and other external entities providing services to the Company

Our expectations

  • Fluent Turkish (a prerequisite)
  • Communicative Polish or English (a prerequisite)
  • Experience in a similar position or in telephone customer service would be welcome, preferred sectors: assistance / insurance / financial
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good organization of own work
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • A high level of personal culture
  • Openness and communication skills
  • Independence in action and accuracy
  • Target orientation, resistance to stress
